Well I got some great feed back from a teacher who has been enjoying the resources for Colonial Times for her 6th grade classroom.

This is a good quicky read

This story featured in Families First is a great quick fix to get some perspective on yourself, your day and reconciling that sometimes oh so elusive person you meant to be with the person you can easily accidentally become. 

Being on automatic pilot isn't always the best thing.  We all need something to shake us up a bit and give us a chance to consciously reconsider who we really are, and what we may be becoming by bouncing from thing, to thing, to thing without to much awareness.   I am so guilty of this.
